Hard to connect
I had tried many times to connect it with the QR code(I am IOS user) and it wouldn’t work many times it would refuse to connect
Disappointing
The only reason I got the earbuds was for the translation feature. That does not even work on the app no matter what options you choose. Help is in Chinese. You can't Google for help because it's nonexistent. Very disappointing.

You need the app but there ads. The headphones barely work. Save yourself money and time, do not bother getting this app. Areas of it do not work and help is in Chinese.

Problem with pods
Cool technology. Having problems with connecting pods to my phone. The case says the pods aren’t connected.
Don’t do what says false sales
Can’t get nothing in English to figure out device. Says not connected when it is and get for translation help n see no option for it

I can't believe how amazing these headphones are; the sound and display are excellent. I love them, and the app is just impressive for the price I paid, which was £25.

I don’t understand
I purchased the earbuds and was excited. However they don’t pair easily or stay on bluetooth. Also I downloaded the app. It’s all in Chinese. I don’t speak Chinese. I don’t know if there is even a way to change it to U.S. English. Totally disappointed.

My saved screen on my charger changes every time I take it off the charging cable. Otherwise I really enjoy my earbuds.
