Doesn’t connect on app

Connected to Bluetooth after much strife but earphones won’t connect through the app, camera doesn’t focus to take photo of QR code and searching for the device on the app doesn’t work, only keeps saying “search complete” with no connection. Sound OK I guess. Luckily I got these for free, I wouldn’t spend the money

Disappointing

The only reason I got the earbuds was for the translation feature. That does not even work on the app no matter what options you choose. Help is in Chinese. You can't Google for help because it's nonexistent. Very disappointing.

You need the app but there ads. The headphones barely work. Save yourself money and time, do not bother getting this app. Areas of it do not work and help is in Chinese.

老是自动跳回英文模式，软件也是si一样，广子那么多，贼废流量，感觉不是买耳机，耳机属实便宜，音质也可以，功能也多，简直就是耳机便宜卖，主要是为了推软件广子，和短剧，一个耳机软件全是广子和短剧

Кейс перестал подключаться к телефону. При попытке синхронизировать кейс и телефон приложение задаёт всего один вопрос «Не удаётся найти устройство?»
И больше ни чего не происходит.
Удаление и переустановка утилиты zwsvibe не помогло.
