Please make sure you’re using **Face Swap > Swap from Photo**, allow **Photos** permission in iPhone Settings, and try with a clear, front-facing selfie plus a well-lit target image; if the feature still shows as locked, it may require Premium in your region/version. Please make sure you’re on the latest version, then try selecting a longer source clip and check the export/trim settings to extend the output where available.
