This was my go-to app for years. I was one of your earliest subscribers and happily paid for the annual plan because the app was worth it.
Then I broke my phone, my subscription expired, and I lost the app for a while. After finally finding it again, I was heartbroken to discover that nearly everything I loved is gone. The manual tools that gave users creative control—lipstick, eyeliner, hair color, frames, and more—have disappeared. Now, almost everything seems driven by AI.
You took something affordable, accessible, and fun even for complete beginners and turned it into a coin-fed operation where users have almost no control over what they create.
I wasn’t looking for everything to be free. I was willing to pay for the app I loved. I couldn’t be more disappointed by what it has become.
