Very helpful but needs more adaptability for variety

Thanks for your feedback! We're glad to hear you find our exercise optimization effective in targeting multiple muscle groups. Regarding your comments on repetitiveness and varying exercises, we understand that workouts can become monotonous if they remain unchanged for too long. You'll be pleased to know that our app does allow you to create multiple training plans and switch between them. This way, you can have different routines ready to go without losing your tracking data when you decide to change things up. However, we generally advise that continuously altering your training plan can negatively impact your results. For optimal progress, we recommend sticking with one program for at least 6-8 weeks. This allows your body sufficient time to adapt and show meaningful improvements. We appreciate your suggestions and will continue to look for ways to enhance the user experience.
