NO SUPPORT AND NO VIDEO

I am very disappointed with Scriptly. I paid $34 for a monthly subscription and waited over 2 hours for a 2-minute video that was never delivered. My credit balance started at 12,000 and kept dropping for no reason - last I saw it was down to 2,013 credits with nothing to show for it. No video, no service. I have sent multiple emails and received no response. The app is unreliable and customer support is non-existent. 😡😡😡
