Terrible experience
I tried sending a message on the company’s site but it won’t allow the message to sending so I’m posting it here in hopes that I’ll get a reply. I am very disappointed in the app and the quality of the photos. I can’t seem to upload different photos either. I purchased this for a year so I wouldn’t get nickel and dimed and I’m regretting this due to the awful experience of using this app. Please refund me for my annual purchases. You can prorate the charge as that would be fair. I will not be using this again and would appreciate a refund as soon as possible. A suggestion would be to improved the user experience as well by enhancing images and allowing user to swap out the 10 base pictures to use for future headshots.Please contact me about issuing a refund for 11/12 of the total annual purchase price. 40 dollar waste
I purchased the annual one as I was going to use for my staff. I got one headshot and I have attempted. To upload pics, edit the one pic that I got and the app freezes every time I open. AWFUL!
I’ve used much better for less
They charge $10 a week and I’ve gotten better images from ones that cost approximately eight dollars. Do not recommend.

The app does not keep the face features but over enhanced

Not realistic at all. Does not allow you to change photos to update model. Waste of money.
