Terrible experience
I tried sending a message on the company’s site but it won’t allow the message to sending so I’m posting it here in hopes that I’ll get a reply. I am very disappointed in the app and the quality of the photos. I can’t seem to upload different photos either. I purchased this for a year so I wouldn’t get nickel and dimed and I’m regretting this due to the awful experience of using this app. Please refund me for my annual purchases. You can prorate the charge as that would be fair. I will not be using this again and would appreciate a refund as soon as possible. A suggestion would be to improved the user experience as well by enhancing images and allowing user to swap out the 10 base pictures to use for future headshots.Please contact me about issuing a refund for 11/12 of the total annual purchase price. 40 dollar waste
I purchased the annual one as I was going to use for my staff. I got one headshot and I have attempted. To upload pics, edit the one pic that I got and the app freezes every time I open. AWFUL!
I’ve used much better for less
They charge $10 a week and I’ve gotten better images from ones that cost approximately eight dollars. Do not recommend.

Not realistic at all. Does not allow you to change photos to update model. Waste of money.
Buyer Beware you won’t get what is promised.
I tried to get this app to make even one headshot. AI did not understand requests and I would have to try different ways of wording and still no changes to the picture. Eventually it charged me 4.99 more and I continued to try to get it to work for me and it did not. I canceled the weekly subscription and I feel very ripped off. People reading this should think twice before getting this app.

HORRID!
This app is a nightmare. I loaded a picture and it gave me new teeth! That was just the beginning. This app just makes cartoon versions of your pix. There is no way to change it or delete photos. I’ve had it for 1 day and it seems that I cannot get a refund or even partial refund. What a ridiculous waste.

No way to change out my photo
It had me upload a few to begin with but now I don’t even have the option to change my input so I basically paid for a week of access and can’t alter any photos I put in originally. Also, the images don’t look like me at all.

This AI Headshot application absolutely sucks. It keeps regenerating the exact same picture no matter what I click on.
More options needed
We should be able to add or delete additional photos from phone library whenever we need to instead of waiting for that option to appear. Also add an option to delete or keep photos that have been created by the app.

Bought the yearly subscription and it literally worked for 30 minutes then it kicked me out and asked me to pay for another yearly subscription! Completely unprofessional, and total scam! DO NOT PURCHASE!!

La prise en main de l’App n’est pas intuitive, elle ne propose pas de prendre plusieurs photos, mais une seule. Apres on peut uploader d’autres photos mais qu’il faudra chercher dans la bibliothèque. On vous oblige à vous abonner sans avoir d’aperçu de ce que l’App peut faire. Je me suis abonné, mais comme le résultat n’était pas satisfaisant, je me suis désabonné. 9,90€ de perdu pour une photo de CV que je ne vais même pas exploiter.

Rip off
I paid for the app for a year but it doesn’t work. Keeps asking me to resubscibe. My subscription is active through 2027. Won’t let me see any photos. Won’t do anything but ask me to subscribe again. I hit restore and it doesn’t nothing.
