Does not work
I’ve submitted three separate requests for headshots which all say they will be done in 1-2 hours. After 15hours no response (still says 1-2 hours). I’ve sent support email and no response yet. I needed headshots quickly now I’m out my subscription fee. I would rate 0 stars I could.
Horrible App
Not one picture even looked like me , warped my entire face, not one usable picture. Trash. No wonder they make you agree to all these statements that you won’t dispute the hefty charge of the pictures don’t look like you!
Absolute trash
2nd attempt and 5 hours later it’s still only spinning even though it’s only supposed to take 1-2 hours to generate your pictures. Half a day gone and no pictures, just a lot of wasted time and frustration
Poor product and poor service
If you pay for the one off service, you will have to accept the headshots whether or not you like them or not. No second chance to go again. I didn't like mine, the quality wasn't great. I reached out and no one answered.
Scam
I uploaded pictures, paid, and an hour and half later I did in fact receive headshots, but, the headshots are of someone else, completely. Do not use this app. There is also no contact us or other mechanism to complain or get help, as other reviews state.
