Can’t cancel even if you try

I have cancelled this app numerous times yet I’m still charged for pro each month. This app was a big mistake and a waste of my money. I need a a full refund and cane my subscription NOW !!!!

It was working fine until the recent fix.

I have enjoyed the Ruma app for the last 3 months now without problem. Used it just 2 days ago. Now all my renderings are gone and the app can’t access my photos. I started, restarted and reinstalled the app only to see there was a bug fix 2 days ago. Unless that was an old message everything has gone haywire since then for me. Very disappointed since I paid for an annual plan.
