They charge you four times what they say they are going to
I signed up for a monthly rate and I was charged four times that amount because they took out the rate for a month every week. Think twice before you ever subscribe to this app.
Misleading Pricing and Recolouring NOT Redesign
Very misleading pricing model. This is not a subscription. You are purchasing token. For the “cheaper” annual subscription you get 10 tokens. Which is basically one room redo. And about that, the suggestions are just recolors. The two I’ve done just change paint and color on the furniture already in the room. One added a new ceiling light. You are better off with free AI.

I subscribed for the year thinking it would help.
I uploaded a photo and asked to paint a certain color. First nothing showed up. Then the second time it was completely the wrong color. Not what I selected at all.

Where is the lounge option?
I wanted this program to redesign my lounge and can’t find a lounge option. Not as versatile as I’d hoped.
