Updated app. No longer usable

I had to update the app and now you can’t click any buttons All. Have tried to uninstall and reinstall. Doesn’t work anymore and you can’t get support for this app. Hopefully they will see this and fix the app. You can’t even click the picture button. It’s like everything is just an image and non functioning.
