Great, Up To A Point
I’m loving using this app. It saves time on making mood boards and lets you tweak designs to get them right. For users who aren’t interior designers it has great suggestions for styles and products. It’s terrible at designing kitchens though. I’m faster using CAD. It’s easier to keep your instructions simple and build your designs by saving the illustration and building on it each time.

HomeStyle AI actually offers quite a bit of control — you can choose the room type, style, and generation mode (Restyle to keep your layout, or Transform for a full redesign). You can also write custom prompts to describe exactly what you want. We're constantly improving the app and would love for you to give it another try!
