Save your money do not purchase this app. It does not allow you to copy and paste any titles. Also, if you have several paragraphs, it will time out. There is no desktop version as well and there’s no support.
App cannot even generate a letter
I want my money back. I spent all my time preparing a letter and the app glitched out twice. No product. No letter.

This app is totally transformed from when I used it a couple of months ago, after purchasing the lifetime subscription for a couple of contracts. Looks like they used the money to completely redo the app. It works incredibly fast now, none of those silly errors and it works great. Hey devs, keep improving so I can save more money!

This app needs help if it’s gonna do legal things
When I use this app, it has a limitation on how long I can write my message and literally the letters run off of the page and it does not let me keep typing or enter my question, trash, trash, trash, trash

App is glitchy, doesn’t recognize that I subscribed
Even thought I subscribed to “Lifetime” the app keeps prompting me to “Upgrade to premium”. The close button on the upgrade screen doesn’t work so you are trapped in the upgrade screen with no way to return to the app. I have been an iPhone user since 2007 and this is the worst app experience I have ever had.
