Misleading Trial Charge Logo Generation Failed
What concerned me even more was the payment issue. I selected the trial option, but I was charged 10 euro per week immediately instead of receiving a free trial as expected. I canceled right away, yet the charge still went through.

Hello! We're sorry — both the charge and the failed logos are exactly what we don't want. On the billing: email support@blowy.tech with your purchase details and we'll review it and help with a refund through Apple. On the results: your prompt should drive the design, so if you share what you tried, we'll look into why it failed and pass it to our team. Thank you for the detail.
