This review is not accurate. We responded to your support request and, after you told us you had been unable to generate any songs, immediately added complimentary credits worth over twice as much as your $5 purchase(at no cost whatsoever) When we later reviewed the account history, it showed that nine songs had been successfully generated and that credits still remained. We also explained that the $5 credit pack was a one-time introductory offer and could not be purchased repeatedly. Even so, we have since made that offer permanent as a gesture of goodwill to our rapidly growing customer base. We retain the emails, purchase records, credit adjustments, and generation history documenting every part of this. We will always correct a genuine billing problem, but the record makes clear that this was not one. We have not removed and will not remove the complimentary credits you received.
