Payment issues

The app advertised a 3-day free trial, but I was charged for a full year before I expected. I intended to test the app during the trial period and decide later whether to subscribe. The billing terms were not clear to me, and I was surprised to see the annual charge. I am requesting a refund for the yearly subscription

Enhancements Needed

This app is very easy to use and has a simple design, but it lacks some very basic functions that make it somewhat cumbersome to use when you have a lot of notes. For example, I cannot set a default folder for which to save notes. This makes saving school lectures more difficult than it has to be, especially if I'm listening to several lectures in a row. Also, the YouTube video saving function doesn't work. I've tried several different YouTube videos, and none of them will save in the app.

The overall audio recording transcription is good, and the summarization is good, but I wish there was a way to pick the source of the audio, so it didn't pick up background noise. In the transcription for one of my lectures, the app actually picked up someone asking my dog if she needed to go outside to go potty.

I'm grateful to have the capability to take notes like this, but I would really love to see a few of these enhancements sooner rather than later. I think just a few little tweaks would go a very long way.

3 day trial period is false

I cancelled my trial within 48 hours and this company still charged me. I filed a dispute with my bank since I clearly meet all requirements for cancellation without being charged.

I was scammed

I selected the free trial option and it automatically registered a yearly subscription and charged me $200. I wrote them immediately and no one answered me. Be careful!

I paid 59 for a year then it wanted me to upgrade. After upgrading it still does not work.

Tried it and failed

Recorded my first meeting and it was on for 45 min or more and only recorded 19 min so upsetting made me lol bad with my board

I had it record an hour long meeting and it only gave me 8 mins. Not worth it.
