Indispensable
I have long Zoom and Teams sessions with clients every few days. OtteNotes does a much better job of transcribing and summarizing than if I relied on my scribbled notes. One caveat: a single transcription can fill 5+GB of space on your phone. You need to monitor that and delete regularly.
Stealing money
Not cancelling service as requested. Otter is stealing peoples money
Waste of money
Drops conversations if you leave the app. Does not record or hold onto them. Terrible app. Do not waste your money.
Disappointing
Appears to record the whole meeting but only transcribed a few minutes. Not what the is supposed to do but it doesn’t work,
Not the Real Otter App
Fake app trying to trick people into thinking it’s the real Otter notes add and paying high subscription fees. Fleeceware.
