for some reason the is in Spanish even

I don't even have a Spanish keyboard yet the app only runs in Spanish. Even if i change the language in the settings. I never used Spanish on my computer, I can't change it to, English or any other language it only works in Spanish lol, I don't speak Spanish I don't have Spanish installed on my iPad I have no idea what's going on, I see that the developer is Spanish but the description in the App Store is in English, I only use English on my iPad, how can I change the language of this app?
