Photo black-and-white pictures

This is the worst conversion of pictures I’ve ever seen it changes your whole face to something or someone it’s not even the picture that I loaded.

No support No coin replenishment

Purchased app subscription for $40 November 2025. Didn’t use all of my coins, in December the remaining vanished. I attempted to email but couldn’t due to an error with the app. Come January February there were 50 coins available. Couldn’t get a hold of support so I assume the 50 coins replenish monthly. Now in midMarch, coins have not replenished. Emailed support twice with confirmation. Haven’t heard from them. I want my money back. This has got to be a scam.
