Whenever I take a photo of a plant I get a message saying the plant can’t be found.

Charged without consent
I download this app to try and deleted it without signing up.
I was charged $39.99 without my consent. I am letting my credit card company know. Don’t try!!!

Free trial isn’t true
I canceled next day and the following day but still a year subscription came out of my account. I have emailed again asking for my money back and no response.

Very useful for new gardeners
It just does not work
It never sees a plant in my photos.
Will not identify
This app no longer identifies plants for me. It was working for a little while and I was able to ID probably 20 or so plants in travels as I was planning my own landscaping project. Now it says all of my pictures are out of focus and the app all the sudden stops working. I even tried to take a picture of one of my house plants in perfect lighting and still, says there is something wrong with my photo. This app is cool if it works, but I think mine no longer works so I will not renew.

It couldn’t identify anything I photoed. There is something seriously wrong with this app to be charging £30 and it can’t discern a thing.

I think AI created this App. Zero correct identification 6 months on; Zero updates. ‘Advice’ is beyond generic; it’s just a link to the wrong wikis 😂… seriously it’s a scam App. Apple shouldn’t allow remove and reimburse…

Totally useless app
After a couple of months I’ve yet to have the app accurately identify a plant tree. It’s actually pretty ridiculous. I think if they built a location/ region parameter into the LLM it might work.🙈

Review of access
I have had to download this app 5 times and pay for 3 of them. When I email someone at evolly, their response is to delete the app from my home screen, reinstall it with the same information, and try again. When I did this previously, they charged me again. I just installed it for the fifth time and am hoping that I do not get charged again. Not sure how long I will continue with this one since all this has happened within 2 months.

Fantastic! Super impressed it picked up on off the wall tropical species
Really impressed with this. I moved down to Costa Rica 6 years ago and it can be difficult to get a proper ID on plants and trees here. Out of 20 id’s it failed only on one but it got me super close to where I could narrow it down. This is, imo, 100% worth a purchase. Most plant id apps are horrible this is the exact opposite!

Good start, but …
I started using this app about nine months ago. It did a good job at first of identifying plants. More recently it started misidentifying plants egregiously and most recently cannot detect any photo that I take. And I paid for this. From other reviews, this is clearly not a good site. Going to something better. Would give no stars if I could.

Plant app
This was worthless to me. It basically said all my plants were unhealthy and gave the same diagnosis for all of the 5 different plants I checked. These plants were in different locations and not the same kind. Not even continuing with the free trial!
