Least Accurate App
This app can’t tell the difference between a red bud tree and a sweet potato. Not even in the same family.
Very useful app!
I use this app all the time to identify plants, and while it is still evolving, I can usually find what I’m looking for. I just wish it was easier to identify pests as well.
A great global community
This is a great place to see the beauty in the world. PLANTSNAP has great support for any customer service issues. I have learned so many things in this community. It’s a great way to learn and fill your time.
Disappointed
I’m 100% sure that I bought a lifetime purchase of this some years ago but couldn’t find any record of it and upon contacting support I never heard anything back. So in the end I concluded I must’ve not bought it (although I am confident I did). Either way in the end after getting nowhere with support, I eventually purchased the lifetime option. Upon launching the app I now see there’s a new feature which I don’t have access to because it’s locked behind yet another new tier of paid subscription. So even though I have purchased lifetime access there are now features that I cannot use unless I pay more again. On principle alone, I will be switching to another app.
