Capture button now worse
When you go to capture a photo the app now makes you select between snapping a photo and using flora live each and every time which is a bad design and extremely annoying for the user. The less taps it takes to perform basic, repetitive app functions the better.

Newbie details on plant care
Itโs my desire to fill my house with wonderful green plants but have died because of my lack of knowledge. Plant snap has cured all that only an occasional slip up. But now I am advising my neighbor with what plants need. Wonderful-easy to use- and easy to understand recommendations for my specific plant. I love PLANTSNAP

Donโt Waste Your Money
I have used this app in the past and it was fantastic. Tried it again today and whatever AI technology theyโre now using is terrible. It failed to identify most of the plants I was trying to identify.
Can't identify anything
I had this years ago , now I got a subscription, it can't identify a thing . Flora is over helpful . She's made me literally rip up my garden bed said it won't work .

Not what I had hoped for
I am looking for an app where I can add all the plants in my garden, and add in the details that I want about care, flowering time etc. I also wanted to be able to record photos occasionally so that I can see how a plant looks at different times of year, or log comments about the progress.
The app seems to work well on the logging side, which is what made me get it. However I am disappointed in the fact that once I have added my plants they just appear in a list in the order they were added. I cannot re-sort at all, or even search for a particular plant so this will make logging anything virtually impossible. As such, it makes the app pretty useless to me& so I will have to continue my search for something that meets my needs

Never gets to actually identify a plant. Picture disappears and screen goes all white !!!

I love this app and it is really helpful! My only fault that I have with it is that it is always advertising and it only allows a few snaps per day without a subscription
Absolute rubbish
Bought it half price. Worst purchase ever. Apart from something obvious like a lavender in full bloom it couldnโt recognise any plant I showed it whether indoor or outdoor, in bloom or not. Save your money. ยฃ20 quid down the drain. Cancelled the renewal already. Utter waste of time

Old version better
For the last year Iโve used this app and loved it. It was accurate and easily pulled up the info that I found helpful about a plant. The new version is so much harder to use free (and Iโm sure are making ad revenue) and it clunky and doesnโt pull the most helpful info on the plant description. So disappointing. Unless they revert back to the old version Iโll likely be moving to a new app.

Change of business model
So I paid for this app in 2018 and it granted me full access to the app with no restrictions. Now my purchase is useless as you have changed your business model.
Did you even try to make a new app then and leave this one without the ai features continue to be available for life for previous purchases?
This is not about the 1 euro. This is about principle. I dislike companies that change the rules later on without telling customers or offering an alternative.
