Cancelled my subscription before the end of the free trial but continued to take money from me.
I need support
This app says it’s $39.99 a year but I’m being charged monthly. I have sent multiple emails to support but no response. I need help. I don’t understand how this app is charging me still, when there’s no record in my Apple account.
Doesn’t work like advertised/charged after tried to cancel
Was supposed to be in my apple subscriptions and I went to cancel before the trial ended and it wasn’t there. Couldn’t find a website. After being charged $39.99 month for 2 months I got notice that my payment didn’t go thru cuz I changed debit cards. I never accessed the app past the trial period. Asking for a refund so we will see if they make it right or not .

Does not work
App starts, loads a screen that says how great the app is and that is it.
No Support
I loved this app for the 2 times I was able to use it. I paid for a year subscription but every time I try to use the app it asks me to sign up and pay. The most frustrating part is that I have emailed support 4 times with no response.
