How does this app record incoming calls?
To record an incoming call, open the app and press the record button. The app will place your current call on hold and dial a recording line. Once the recording line answers, tap the merge button to create a 3-way call, combining your caller and the recording line.

For outgoing calls, open the app and press the record button. The app will dial its recording line. Once it answers, tap the 'add call' button, then call the person you wish to record. When they answer, press the merge button to connect all parties and begin recording.
