I subscribed yearly plan without even checking and than app does not work to record calls. Which is confusing

Worthless!

This app was installed on my phone because I quickly needed to record a call. It isn’t quick at all! It’s horrible especially for seniors who need a learning curb! I immediately tried to cancel and get a refund but couldn’t!
Bottom line don’t waste your money!
