Unacceptable, & misleading.
I’m trying to put my phone number in the app, but it won’t accept it. I don’t have any cash in international number, I have a personal phone. The app should’ve included information describing the need for an international phone before it requested my money. Now I’ve played for a service that I cannot use. I truthfully rate this app below the grading level offered. I only chose the one star so that I could continue on to the comment section.

The application was previously operational in Australia, but without any prior warning or notification, I encountered an issue when attempting to use it. I was informed that the number associated with the service is no longer available. Despite having paid for a year's subscription, I am unable to access the services I purchased. Furthermore, I cannot request a refund, as the app store policy restricts refund requests for purchases made more than 90 days ago.

This app is the worst! Why should I have to call a number first to record a number? The entire point of a call recorder is to capture dynamic situations. You can’t do that with some garbage like this. I want a refund!
Do not waste your money
The connection takes so long by the time you are able to merge calls the caller has already hung up. I tried to request a refund by was told no and final decision.. Total waste of $25

Regarding the recording process, this is unfortunately due to technical limitations in the operating system. iOS does not support direct call recording, so the only solution is to use the system to connect calls to an outside line. I will ask you to sign up for a subscription before you even get to look at the app. It has two functions and extremely poor quality. Do Not get suckered like I did because the App Store will NOT refund you and it is not work it at all

This app makes you call another number while on the line with the actual person you’re talking to. They will probably notice it’s a three way call and if you have to call them while you’re on the phone they will also know. If you do buy this app by accident, you won’t be refunded. Stay away.

I purchased 1 years use of this app a few days ago. Used it straightaway. None of the telephone numbers that need to
be dialled to access the service worked. Call immediately dropped on dialling. Contacted customer support requesting a refund and haven’t received a response.

Too complicated
I immediately regretted buying this app the minute I tried to use it. The marketing copy made it sound easy but I didn’t realize it’s a third party number you have to call and the number of the person you are calling has to be in your contacts and there’s no way I could figure out to make sure it’s actually recording while recording. Tried to get a refund but no dice. Should have just torn a $20 bill in pieces and flushed it down the john.
