Does not work
App starts, loads a screen that says how great the app is and that is it.
No Support
I loved this app for the 2 times I was able to use it. I paid for a year subscription but every time I try to use the app it asks me to sign up and pay. The most frustrating part is that I have emailed support 4 times with no response.
Lousy support
I have been trying to get hold of their support as I have a free account yet I’m being charged $39.99 every month! Only way to contact them is by email, but that doesn’t really help if they don’t answer it. Beware.
Great for staying on top of my garden
A nice central place to track the health of my indoor and outdoor plants, and to get reminders for watering, fertilizing, etc.
Basic and no customer service
This app has the most basic features and functionality and nothing more; I’ve had free apps do more. On top of that, there’s no customer service or anyone to contact for support. I cancelled my subscription and sent emails to the email address they have listed but no response and yet they tried to charge me still. Even after I notified my bank to deny their charges, they continued to make attempts to charge my account. Do not recommend at all!

THIS APP IS A SCAM
I’ve downloaded this FREE app to help with my plants. There is no contact or support information AS they keep attempting to withdraw money from my bank card every few days appears to be a scambecause I can not get this cancelled. They are charging my card for different amounts!! Please STOP
Why
Hate that every app like this you have to pay to use it. I have a dying plant and this app won’t even help me to identify the plant. If I could I would give this app -1 out of 5
Stealing my money
I gave the .99 to sample this. Within an hour I sent emails to end my membership. All have gone unanswered. Now they charge me $39.99 a month without stopping. They say I bought it through Apple yet Apple has no record of it.
Not worth your time
This app is definitely not worth your time. I’m honestly surprised it has a 5-star rating. Almost every plant issue seems to get the same answer: “needs less water.” The information it provides is very basic and doesn’t go much beyond what most people already know. To make matters worse, if you want to ask specific questions, you’re expected to pay an additional $20. Honestly, taking a photo of your plant and asking an AI assistant gives far better and more detailed answers than this app. The biggest disappointment is that if you decide to cancel, getting your money back appears to be nearly impossible. Save your time and your money.

HORRIBLE COMPANY
I have canceled this subscription over a month ago, BUT yet you took $39.99 from my account and then again today 6/13/2026 your trying to take $39.99 from my account again! What is going on with this company because it’s incredible when someone cancels their subscription but you continue taking funds from their account and then there is NO way to contact customer support or to speak with anyone!! I want this app to be CANCELLED and if I don’t get refunded my money back into my account I will speak with an attorney next!!!

There is no way to reach customer service for this company. I don’t have an account with them but they took a monthly fee out of my bank.
Awful
Downloaded it and realised it’s useless unless you pay a monthly subscription. I didn’t sign up for this and followed the process to delete my account. Yet I’m still billed nearly £40 monthly. No contact information or customer service link. Opening the app info and selecting support doesn’t work.
Not reliable
It cannot identify any plant correctly. I’m pretty sure it can only identify sick plants. Don’t waste your time or money. That GPT is way more intelligent and accurate
App installed without my permission
Misleading UI caused the app to instantly install as I was TRYING TO DELETE IT. Support is apparently buried layers deep to avoid easy deletion.
Charged even when unsubscribed
It was an ok app. I did the trial but unsubscribed after 1 day. However was charged $17.30 for 2 weeks. Be careful

I did not find the app helpful. I paid the .99$ for the “7 day free trial” i cancelled after 2 days and was still charged the $39.99. Contacted their customer service demanding a refund and no one has contacted me back.

I paid $0.99 for a “week trial”, and apparently that was my first mistake. There is no way to cancel this thing. No phone number. No confirmation email. No instructions. Nothing. I even hunted down an email listed in the app and—shocker—no reply.
So now I get to sit here knowing I’ll be auto‑enrolled into whatever mystery fees Planty decides to charge, and my bank can’t do a thing until they actually take the money. Love that for me.
This whole setup feels like a trap disguised as a “trial.” If you enjoy guessing games, disappearing customer service, and surprise charges, this is the app for you. Otherwise, run.
