Impossible to log in - devs ignoring emails
Once you log out of your account, it's gone. The subscription? gone. they have your money but you don't get access to the app.
We tried to ask for help and they simply do not respond.

link does not work to cancel my subscription and none of the customer service emails work, says they’re nonexistent. PLEASE JUST CANCEL IT!
Sorry don’t need to start trouble
So this only worked once and my friend tried it and it didn’t work to and the scanner worked ones and it was not accurate because it said it was good but when I used the product it broke me out thankfully I fixed my skin
Won’t work
Can’t get past the setup screen, won’t continue past the T&Cs, but its fine because it costs a fortune anyway.
Waste of money
Paid for the yearly plan and it stoped working after two months. Great when it worked but supper annoyed with this app. Do not recommend
