Changed my business
Skipcalls has changed my entire business around. I used to catch maybe 20% of my leads in the past as a part time real estate agent. But with Skipcalls, I don’t miss a beat! The AI receptionist is excellent! She remembers everything, keeps a great call log and provides me a daily wrap up of who was contacted, who wasn’t, all the follow ups and creates a To-Do list. I can’t speak more highly!

Reputational Risk
It’s difficult to state the amount of issues I encountered. People do not want to talk to an AI and the service abruptly changed voices and personalities without my consent. Furthermore, their number is itself listed as a scam caller most peoples caller IDs, so that function was disappointing. Attempt to resolve it with SUPPORT was met with the reality that it’s a two person company who is somehow supposed to be managing multiple peoples private phone calls, and data , my attempts to resolve issues were unsuccessful.

This app at first seems great. But after extensive testing. It not only has settings that auto text compete nonsense to your clients. But It acts like it hasn’t been set up randomly. While they train their service on your data. You pay to have them pretend to to make things easier. AVOID.

Your calls, transcripts, and contacts are yours — never used to train ours or any third-party models. 2. The receptionist only follows the instructions and business profile YOU configure. If responses feel off-script, it's almost always a setup issue we can fix together in 10 minutes. 3. Auto-SMS behavior is fully optional and configurable per agent — turn it off or rewrite it anytime in the app. If you're not satisfied, we'll issue a full refund — email team@skipcalls.com. So cool and a bargain
I’ve had this app a few months now? There was some bugs to work out training the AI receptionist but now she’s nearly perfect. I’d rather stick a fork in my eyeball then make a client wait while I answer the phone and go back and forth with a client, and most calls are spam, so I stopped answering my salon phone. This has done what it advertised, books people for me! Integrates with Google Calendar. She busts the spam calls too. I’ve not had her call for me yet, but I will have her confirm elderly clients appointments that don’t text. Well worth its low price. I’m obsessed.
