Awesome app
Just be careful cause I overslept a couple hours for work one day and was later several hours and my clients we calling and texting and the ai assistant told them I was running behind and on my way when I was actually asleep in bed! The ai receptionist is awesome but sure does have a mind of her own :) very helpful though!

Setup was a chore, but worth it.
Really liking the service so far. I think the initial setup could go a little smoother-definitely do it on your desktop versus the phone app. There were some weird hiccups in terms of Kahle handling, but engaging with the Chatbot on the phone app actually cleared those up pretty easily. Definitely take some time to figure out. What you want your receptionist to say or not say. The self training it does on your product is seriously hit or miss. I think the smarter way to do that would be to build out the product knowledge in ChatGPT just the way you want it and then transfer it over to SkipCall. I will say: since I turned this app on, I haven’t received a single spam call from an overseas call center.

Changed my business
Skipcalls has changed my entire business around. I used to catch maybe 20% of my leads in the past as a part time real estate agent. But with Skipcalls, I don’t miss a beat! The AI receptionist is excellent! She remembers everything, keeps a great call log and provides me a daily wrap up of who was contacted, who wasn’t, all the follow ups and creates a To-Do list. I can’t speak more highly!

Reputational Risk
It’s difficult to state the amount of issues I encountered. People do not want to talk to an AI and the service abruptly changed voices and personalities without my consent. Furthermore, their number is itself listed as a scam caller most peoples caller IDs, so that function was disappointing. Attempt to resolve it with SUPPORT was met with the reality that it’s a two person company who is somehow supposed to be managing multiple peoples private phone calls, and data , my attempts to resolve issues were unsuccessful.
