Productivity Booster

This app has been a huge productivity boost for me, specifically when it comes to call answering. In the mortgage industry, my phone rings constantly, and a surprising amount of that time can be wasted answering spam, solicitation, and recruiting calls.

YouSquared acts as a filter for those calls, allowing me to stay focused on my clients and my business without worrying about missing a legitimate opportunity. When a potential borrower or lead calls, they can get the information they need and even schedule a consultation with me on the spot.

Gives me time back!

I handle day to day operations for a small company and was wasting so much time on missed calls and playing phone tag. YouSquared fixed that! It answers every call even when I'm not available, schedules appointments, texts clients back with confirmations, links, and answers to their questions. It also screens out all spam calls which is a game changer. It saves me so much time in my day! Huge value for any business!

Does not work

It does not work. It won’t transfer calls to me and the assistant is very slow to respond. One would think that for $30 a month they would have this thing working right. Of course I could not get my money back. I had this all for about an hour, waste of money. No customer service response either.

Continuously running in the background

This app continuously ran in the background, showing a timer at the top of my phone. I was unable to close it even when deactivating the account, logging out or turning off the features in the app. It still ran, nothing I did stopped it. I had to remove the app completely from my phone to get it to stop running in the background, even after deactivating and logging out!!!! I had the app for several months. I really did like it. I was in the process of upgrading to their top tier. I received a lot of feedback, mostly positive. A lot of scammers and unwanted calls would not leave messages, which was a plus, but as I said, the app would run constantly in the background, regardless of any permission or things that I would do to try to prevent it. I contacted Support via email, I attempted to call, I even use the AI app itself to try to troubleshoot and resolve the issue, to no avail.

Dear user, We're sorry you encountered issues. As explained in our email, we had shipped a "live notification" feature that lets you view a call's transcript in real time and join the conversation mid-call, effectively taking over from the AI. That's the timer you saw at the top of your phone. Unfortunately, we had a bug for a few days and the notification was staying up longer than it should have. It's now fixed. I hope this makes sense.
