Does not work

It does not work. It won’t transfer calls to me and the assistant is very slow to respond. One would think that for $30 a month they would have this thing working right. Of course I could not get my money back. I had this all for about an hour, waste of money. No customer service response either.

Continuously running in the background

This app continuously ran in the background, showing a timer at the top of my phone. I was unable to close it even when deactivating the account, logging out or turning off the features in the app. It still ran, nothing I did stopped it. I had to remove the app completely from my phone to get it to stop running in the background, even after deactivating and logging out!!!! I had the app for several months. I really did like it. I was in the process of upgrading to their top tier. I received a lot of feedback, mostly positive. A lot of scammers and unwanted calls would not leave messages, which was a plus, but as I said, the app would run constantly in the background, regardless of any permission or things that I would do to try to prevent it. I contacted Support via email, I attempted to call, I even use the AI app itself to try to troubleshoot and resolve the issue, to no avail.

Dear user, We're sorry you encountered issues. As explained in our email, we had shipped a "live notification" feature that lets you view a call's transcript in real time and join the conversation mid-call, effectively taking over from the AI. That's the timer you saw at the top of your phone. Unfortunately, we had a bug for a few days and the notification was staying up longer than it should have. It's now fixed. I hope this makes sense.

Awesome time saver

this product is great. It’s been extremely beneficial especially when I spend most of my days on sales calls answering and getting details from customers and partners to know exactly what they want. Saves me a lot of time and prevents me from missing opportunities. The UI can use some refining however and you do need to make sure to fill out all the questions.

Get this app NOW!

I've tried a bunch of AI call answering apps and this one is by far the best. I tried the free version for a couple weeks and then upgraded to the paid version because it worked so well. If you are wondering which to work you will be pleasantly surprised by the functionality and simplicity of this one. Voicemail is so 2005!

Life saver

Everyone on earth seems to have my phone number, I now have my YouSquared assistant handle all calls that are not from people in my contacts. Only the calls I want to get through actually ring my phone and then when I have some free time it’s fun to listen to some of the spam call interactions with the ai assistant.

Please note that you need to setup call forwarding with your carrier and turn off live voicemail and call screening in your phone setting. Could be great

The AI voice assistant portion works greats! The app developers however have some work to do. I can never get my notifications down to zero. Some of my voicemails no matter what I do cannot be marked as read and cannot be deleted so I’m stuck with badges that say I have unread voicemails when that is not the case.
