The WiFi part is just not working
Switched my wifi network to 2.4

App connects to this
I enter my WiFi credentials but it never connects
I have 54 “smart” light bulbs so I know the workflow particularly the set the network to 2.4.
There’s absolutely no feedback or additional logging presented in the app.
Pretty suboptimal experience so far.

Lacking and connections issues
WiFi works only after you reset it. App is lacking basic functions like times.

When it works, it works but most of the time says no connection

A bit glitchy setting up and connecting to the device. The device works well with Alexa even when the app won’t connect. I was able to reset my password using the link at the bottom of the login screen.
No support at all... no way to reset password
There is no way to reset password... if you forget then the only way is to delete account and create a new one... can you imagine if you have 6 or more fans? You have to disconnect all of them and start one by one again... and support does not exist...

Please open 'Ai-Sync' APP and press button of upper left corner, select 'Setting' and login out your account. When you enter the login page you will see 'forgot password' option to restore your password. We will improve the forgot password process, thank you for your feedback.
