The UI has become near unusable
When first setting up our company’s machine and using the system the UI wasn’t perfect, but it worked and load times weren’t bad. It’s now gotten to the point where I’m waiting upward of 15 seconds for one transaction to load after selecting it. It ends up taking me close to an hour to review 25+ daily transactions because of both latency and just unnecessary loading times. For a modern day app, this system shouldn’t have an interface this outdated. Not sure what changed, but it’s getting to the point where opening the app to review transactions is not worth the headache. For a system which I really enjoyed, it’s fallen in quality.

Trucking company yard
Bought one and placed it up front where drivers go bye, has been doing very well. It was a hassle uploading and registering products but now it’s pretty nice.
Support limited
Had many issues with hardware and software not working. Support not easy to work with usually and some still unresolved.
Needs help! Poor UI. Lacks configuration
This App needs some real attention by a UI team. The operator experience is cumbersome and the touch screen is not optimized for mobile experience. It lacks product configuration and data insights when compared to other solutions on the market today.
I will not buy more of these machines until the App has seen many updates.

New Purchase
Just purchased this for our fitness club. Was a little nervous during setup and implementation-but our machine works perfectly with approx 25 items of all shapes and sizes. The app for my phone is very helpful and detailed. This is certainly the wave of vending future and we’ll most definitely look at getting 1 or 2 more machines for other locations. So far 10/10.
