I tried to use the reference to video feature upload failed- mind you had 12 points of credit. It took the 6 points of credit but it refunded it, however once it did it again it completely took the rest of credit points which was 12 points of credit. I will be unsubscribing soon, this was the second damn time it happened- otherwise fix your damn app now

Horrible and money gouging
Charged me weekly and only have few credits which covers couple pictures and if they don’t turn out how you like you don’t get credits back. False advertising on ads showing way more templates and only has a few. Worst app!

Was using similar app before, but this one waisted time and money, non of the pictures wasn’t seems even close like me

Downhill
This app used to be goated and the golden standard for face swap now it’s trash. It now is even worse at scanning faces and even if you choose one face they’ll still try to put that one face as all the other scanned facesZ
Filtered app I do not like
I dislike the fact that it distorts the face completely. I personally dont like to mislead people, so I would prefer that it would upload a more like me picture not a different person.

I purchased because I saw some really cute día de los muertos templates. They were not there. What a waste of money.

Show what you are purchasing in each plan
I saw a particular face swap I want to use but it’s not included in the plan I purchased. You need to describe what each plan includes. Be transparent with the customer. Don’t make us waste money.

This is extremely slow in processing and at the end the results are very poor

For 15 seconds video it took 3 mins for upload and 2 mins for concession. Waste of time!
