Honestly really disappointed with HiCut’s “lifetime plan.” I paid thinking it was a one-time purchase for long-term access, but after barely a month the features stopped working properly. It feels misleading to call something “lifetime” when access suddenly becomes limited or unusable that quickly. Customer support was not very helpful either. I wouldn’t recommend paying for the lifetime option unless they fix these issues and become more transparent about what’s actually included.

I have been trying to email the Support for almost 6 months now like why do you provide an email when you know you're not going to respond to anyone ? This is a fraud this is a scam !I'm not understanding I paid for the pro feature... and all of a sudden today I have to pay for coins to generate the same photos that was generating for free come on dude this is a scam absolutely horrible I was loving this app until today this is not ok you should refund our money back if you're gonna make us pay for coins

I was asked to do some promotion work for Hage and I’m so glad I did. I will now be using it a lot more often and it really warmed me up to AI. Photos sessions can be rather expensive so I can appreciate a nap that doesn’t make things with generic, but like someone took them professionally and her high-quality.

Poor customer service
I have paid subscription to become pro member which was supposed to allow me full access to the app, well it turn out I still have to buy coins!!!! I have contacted the developer via app and email and still no response. I want my money back.

I want my $8 back.
Was on this app for ten minutes and immediately wanted my money back. I paid the weekly $8 just to try out some templates to see what they could do. I used a picture of myself and none of the renderings looked anything like me. So I never saved any of them. After the third try I apparently used all my coins and was asked to spend more money to keep trying more templates. Don’t bother.
