I downloaded this app with a 7 day free trial, deleted it on the same day as the app was garbage. Proof of my cancelation and they still charged me 17.99 AFTER the 7 days!!! Tried to get a refund, twice, but each time said it was "not eligible" and "decision is final"!

This app offered to let me do a FREE trial so I clicked agree and then it charged my card 11.99 DO NOT DO THE FREE TRIAL! I’m very upset with this. Now I can’t get my card to stop being charged so I had to block apple from taking money from my card. Also I notice when you are in the app bc it already charged my card that you also have to pay more money to make a video! I’m sure there is other apps that doesn’t just steal your money.

Be very careful before tapping through the purchase screens. I only wanted to try the app, but I unintentionally made multiple purchases because the pricing and subscription flow were not clear to me. The video generation quality was also poor, with frequent errors and unreliable results. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience.

I installed this app because it advertised a 7 day free trial, but I was charged $19.99 immediately. That’s misleading and completely unacceptable. Judging by the reviews, I’m far from the only person this has happened to.
I expect a full refund, as I would never have agreed to pay had the pricing been transparent. Users deserve honest billing, not confusing subscription practices. I hope Apple investigates this app’s misleading advertising.

Bro so I downloaded the app thinking I can just use a free version forced me to get a “7 day free trial” and cancelled 5mins because the app was 🗑️, now it’s saying I owe 19.99 and just rang apple saying they can’t clear the debt even tho they let these kinds of scam apps on here in the first place, now my infant is gonna miss out on formula because of this scam.

Borderline scam
So you pay to subscribe and then all the good stuff you need coins for which you then have to pay extra for. Feels like a bit of a trap to be honest. AVOID!
