The output depends heavily on how the prompt is written, and prompts created for other platforms may not always work effectively with our system. We are continuously training and improving our machine learning models to help users achieve results that are as close as possible to their expectations. However, we are not able to control or be responsible for the prompts entered by users. To improve results, we recommend providing a reference image or video whenever possible, as this helps guide the AI and produce outputs closer to what you have in mind. You are the one who writes and submits the instructions to the AI. Our application does not independently decide to translate text into another language or randomly change what was written. It generates content strictly according to the input it receives. If words are misspelled or appear in another language, this is usually due to how the prompt was structured or interpreted. At the moment, we’re unable to identify a technical issue based on your description. We do not offer an image generation feature, so we cannot provide support for requests related to pictures. If you were expecting image generation, it’s possible that you may be referring to a different application. Our platform is specifically designed for AI video creation. Regarding the credits, they are used exclusively for video generation. The more precise and descriptive the prompt is, the closer the generated video will be to your expectations. This does not depend only on our app — it is simply how AI video generation works in general. Once a prompt is submitted, the AI generates the video strictly according to the instructions it receives. For this reason, we cannot be responsible for results that depend on user-written prompts, as we do not have control over how they are formulated. If a prompt is too generic or unclear, the output may not match the intended result. We also want to remind you that every video generation request involves real costs on our side. Each time a user submits a prompt and generates a video, we as developers (like all companies offering AI video services) incur infrastructure, server, and energy costs. Even though we sustain these costs, we cannot control or modify the prompts written by users. That said, our customer service is absolutely available to help you. We are more than happy to provide guidance and suggestions on how to structure your prompt so the AI can generate a video that is as close as possible to your expectations. At this stage, videos created in the app do not include voice or spoken language. This feature is not yet available, although it may be introduced in future updates. For this reason, we are unable to understand the concern about the video being generated in an “elf language,” since no audio or spoken dialogue can be produced by the app at the moment. If the issue relates instead to the visual style appearing too “fantasy-like,” we would be more than happy to help you refine your prompt. Small adjustments in wording can significantly improve the realism and ensure the final result better matches your expectations.
