Trying to cancel my subscription because Sora is gone now. Went to cancel it but accidentally bought another monthly sub. Could I possibly get my money back. It was 12.99

It seems it works when it wants to. doesn’t work, it’s kind of like off and on. I have deleted it and downloaded it about three times and nothing changed. Paint 12.99 a month for this?

App is A1 , but when there are issues they don’t respond to emails or give any updates.

I’ve used this app for all my Ai YouTube videos and they’ve all come out incredible! Servers were over ran and the app wasn’t working for a bit. I messaged the team to inform them, and their response was almost instantaneous! They acknowledged the issue and fixed it within the hour! App works perfectly at removing the Sora water mark, and well worth the monthly $12 USD. You will not find a better program at this price!

Most reviews are from people who were offered to leave a review for a free watermark. Do not buy it. It does not work. Tried multiple times after buying the app and it would delivered a black screen video. Don’t waste your money!!
