Can’t login in at all and then can’t login on the website either.
Really frustrating
This app so so annoying to use. Currently I can’t even login. Add email address and it just keeps looping back to the start screen. Not sure how I am supposed to claim when the app doesn’t work.

New app doesn’t work
Have tried logging in numerous times on the upgraded app with a code sent to my email and another to my phone and I keep getting a session error message and back to the login screen.
It was so much simpler when you could use a password. Why do these app developers keep making things more complicated. The codes don’t prefill on iPhone so you have to jump between the email app and the messages app. Passwords are far more secure and easier to use. This app is now useless!

90% of the time it doesn’t work or let me login
Randomly it will work and is quite easy to use but when I need it most, it never works and doesn’t let me log in.
This app is a joke
Tried amending my bank account detail however it won’t let me due to special characters that I didn’t put but a default feature of this app. App is very slow and clunky

Haven’t been able to login since they updated to a new app, and they’ve removed the online version so there’s currently no way to access or use any of their services.

Won’t log in. Contacted AIA, who told me the issue was known and had been fixed. That was days ago and it still doesn’t work!

Useless I have tried numerous times over past days to renew app. I keep getting stuck at various points during set up. Email part of set up works; phone set up works sporadically. I ALWAYS have a frozen page at set up user code finger &/ Face ID.

Unable to register on app and also unable to login on app. Had to do it all on the web.

I have OVHC policy with AIA, i can login to ovhc.aia online with my credentials but on the mobile app it’s shows wrong credentials. Can’t login with the right credentials

Why don’t you have a digital card on your app? I had to request a physical card as you haven’t sent me one.

Pls add digital card so I don’t have to bring my card all the time.
Missing Digital card?
What’s the point of this app? Doesn’t let you access the digital card and you can do everything else through the web app…

Needs a digital card, doesn’t have the level of detail needed in your cover (codes etc), no way to contact them directly etc
