Paying for insurance I can barely use
One of the most frustrating health insurance experiences I’ve had. I regularly can’t log in to the app, and even my actual physical card isn’t accepted or available at many providers, which makes things even more inconvenient. When I pay out of pocket, finding where to simply upload an invoice and make a claim is unnecessarily difficult.
To make matters worse, AIA has separate apps for Health and Vitality, yet neither provides a simple, reliable experience when you actually need to use your insurance.
For something we pay for every month, making a basic claim should not feel like solving a puzzle. Great insurance isn’t about rewards and marketing—it’s about being there when customers actually need to use it.
At this point, I’m seriously looking forward to switching back to my previous insurer, HCF, which was a much better and smoother experience compared to this.
AIA seriously needs to fix its apps and simplify the claiming process.

Pretty helpful
App looks very clean and does what I need. I hate it when other providers force you to call support to do basic things but the new app lets me manage my policy myself
No log in…No support
This app does not work, I can’t even log in as it just comes back to a home log in screen. Have deleted reloaded, sent emails to try and get some assistance all to no avail. Very poor .

Not a good app
There are significant lags between when a claim is processed and when it shows up on the app, it has been over a month and mine has not updated. The app is neither intuitive nor is it easy to use.

Like other reviews said can’t log in with the correct details ,therefor can’t even make a claim because the web version is not available anymore . Will be quitting AIA

So much easier logging in with my fingerprint rather than trying to remember a password.
I used the digital card which worked brilliantly as I forgot my physical card (which I now no longer need).

Can’t login
Can’t login in at all and then can’t login on the website either.
Really frustrating
This app so so annoying to use. Currently I can’t even login. Add email address and it just keeps looping back to the start screen. Not sure how I am supposed to claim when the app doesn’t work.

New app doesn’t work
Have tried logging in numerous times on the upgraded app with a code sent to my email and another to my phone and I keep getting a session error message and back to the login screen.
It was so much simpler when you could use a password. Why do these app developers keep making things more complicated. The codes don’t prefill on iPhone so you have to jump between the email app and the messages app. Passwords are far more secure and easier to use. This app is now useless!

90% of the time it doesn’t work or let me login
Randomly it will work and is quite easy to use but when I need it most, it never works and doesn’t let me log in.
This app is a joke
Tried amending my bank account detail however it won’t let me due to special characters that I didn’t put but a default feature of this app. App is very slow and clunky
Can’t login
Haven’t been able to login since they updated to a new app, and they’ve removed the online version so there’s currently no way to access or use any of their services.

Won’t log in. Contacted AIA, who told me the issue was known and had been fixed. That was days ago and it still doesn’t work!
