Account Registration Issue Still Unresolved After 4 Months
Extremely disappointing. I’ve been trying to register my account on the AIA Vitality app for months, but without success. I contacted an agent multiple times, but they gave me no clear explanation about what was wrong — just that they couldn’t register my account.
Later, I found out on my own that the issue was due to an incorrect phone number. I emailed customer service to fix it, but it’s been 4 months and the problem still hasn’t been resolved. No updates, no transparency, and no accountability.
I feel misled and ignored. A service like this should make things easier, not more frustrating
