Don’t buy. I wanted a medium well 154 degree steak but after the app confirmed the degrees were met, I got a 121 degree bloody mess. No disrespect to the rare steak folks out there. Checked the temperature with a separate thermometer then threw the steak back on the grill. Ugh.
Probe won’t connect
Purchased from Amazon and tried to connect multiple times. Unfortunately no success. No help feature on the app as well.
This app sucks
It simply doesn’t work. I tried everything. Updating the app, uninstalling and reinstalling, etc. nothing helped. Do not download. Do not buy.
Probe connectivity is really bad
I’ve had this over a year now. I have tried to use it 10 or so times with a zero percent success rate. The probe does not stay connected to the app. Before every use I charge it to make sure it would last for the estimated length of cook. No amount of resetting/reconnecting or charge makes this thing work.

The connection to the bar is good connects with the thermometers, but it will not connect to your phone, which renders it pretty worthless
My recommendation is don’t buy it. I’m sending this one back.

It worked very well twice only.
The instructions say to email you if I have any issues but you haven’t supplied your email address?
My issue is after keeping in a drawer for a few weeks it will not charge, in fact the led doesn’t seem to light up at all, I know that the usb outlet works ok. Any thoughts on my next action to resolve this problem?

Worked for a short time then stopped (possibly after IOS update). Would not connect with probe, then when I deleted and reinstalled app, after successfully binding probe, it would not leave the ‘add a device’ page.
