Not Connecting
I have never been able to get the app to connect to my machine. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.
Really poor optimized app
I’m sorry but the app is so laggy and it has so many flows I could not stand not rating it. First of all the connection is half of the time so poor even though I’m standing next to the coffee machine. After tweaking the coffee settings there is a screen in which it is recommended to use the grinder on level “x” based on previous experience. I click the continue button, the same screen appears again. I click the continue button again and it changes my settings to its recommendation. Who thought about this UX? It’s horrible. After this I can’t even access the bean setting again cause it tells me to make 3 coffees first.
Honestly I can’t imagine a reason why this app is so poorly optimised and who thought that the UX is good.
Two stars because the app is at least barely working.

Horrible
This is the slowest app and it never is correct on descaling or filter changes I just did 2 weeks ago and it tells me I need to do now and then won’t make a coffee. It doesn’t make any sense to have a app to make a cup of coffee and it cleans machine first so you have to empty cup or have a cup with water that ran cleaning into your cup so it’s pretty useless for that. Making other coffees at the machine it’s ok but still very very slow. Would not buy another that is Bluetooth it isn’t worth it.

Dopo 5 anni che posseggo la macchina avete trovato il modo per far aggiornare automaticamente l’orologio. Incredibile risultato per voi! L’applicazione è lenta nell’avviarsi, poi nel collegarsi alla macchina non vi dico, per attendere lo switch da un un profilo all’altro fate in tempo a prendere un caffè al bar. Senza contare mille altri dettagli che potrebbero essere resi più attuali e agevoli. Le vostre macchine costano migliaia di euro e non riuscite a sviluppare un’app che qualcuno riuscirebbe a fare gratis? De Longhi oggi è una vergogna e non riesce a stare al passo con i tempi.
