I like the way you can customize your drink that works well. I do find it slow for the app to come on and it sometimes kicks out in the middle of making the drink so if you want to make a second one you have to start all over again which is annoying.

Not Connecting
I have never been able to get the app to connect to my machine. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.
Really poor optimized app
I’m sorry but the app is so laggy and it has so many flows I could not stand not rating it. First of all the connection is half of the time so poor even though I’m standing next to the coffee machine. After tweaking the coffee settings there is a screen in which it is recommended to use the grinder on level “x” based on previous experience. I click the continue button, the same screen appears again. I click the continue button again and it changes my settings to its recommendation. Who thought about this UX? It’s horrible. After this I can’t even access the bean setting again cause it tells me to make 3 coffees first.
Honestly I can’t imagine a reason why this app is so poorly optimised and who thought that the UX is good.
Two stars because the app is at least barely working.
