Poorly designed app.
As much as we pay for these machines, you would think they would design a better app. The selection screen doesn’t even match the selection screen on my coffee maker. Doesn’t seem to be any way to change it. If there is a way. I can’t seem to find it.
Z10 connected but not working
Z10 connected to Wi-Fi successfully, and the coffee machine indicated it was connected. Cool Control also connected, and the JOE app successfully paired with the coffee machine. However, despite all devices being on Wi-Fi, the JOE app did not display the coffee machine. I had blue Wi-Fi modules and replaced them with white Wi-Fi Connect V2 modules. I deleted and reinstalled the app, rebooted my phone, and even disconnected and reconnected the coffee machine to Wi-Fi, but nothing resolved the issue.

Allows me to easily save customized drinks
It’s fine.
Once I ignored the order page and just used preselects, it makes sense. The menu suggestions are a nice touch, and the status page is very helpful. Seeing a countdown to maintenance actions is handy.

It compatible with Z10 machine
I bought the Z10 machine, and was able to connect it to Wi-Fi, and this app have repeatedly failed to find the coffee machine on my Wi-Fi network. I’m considering returning it and getting an E series or something g lower than Z10. I repeat the APP CAN NOT FIND Z10.
