Video/Photo Import Failure
Everytime when I import my photos or videos that I recorded or took from my glasses, they won’t upload to my phone. How can I fix that? Because it will always say hotspot failure timeout.

Pushes firmware update via app not App Store
Pushes firmware update to my smart glasses via app downloading firmware from Chinese servers. Would prefer to get firmware update through updated app in App Store. Delete confirmation is in Chinese. Otherwise app works good with my smart glasses.

Wasted my money can’t even connect to the glasses or scan the QR code just says invalid smh

It sucks when you buy something and can’t even experience the excitement of setting it up and using it. This app won’t allow me to even create an account, let alone utilize the glasses that were purchased. Please fix this problem. I made multiple attempts with this app. Never even made it to the glasses. Terrible! I see I’m not the only person to experience this issue.

Not sure why the other reviews are saying, maybe an older app version? But this app is super smooth and i had no issues transferring and accessing my glasses' photos AND deleting them as needed

App does not work. Every time I try and connect the glasses it crashes. Wasted money buying two pairs of glasses. I’d rate it a zero if I could.
