With how much they charge of insurance, you would think they have a working app.
I have had to make several accounts because it does not update. This time, it will not take my password that follow the “uppercase 1 lowercase etc….” rule.

useless app
I had this app before maybe a year ago and deleted it. I recently downloaded it again because I have this ins again.
The app is useless, it has all my previous info and won't let me delete my old vehicles and update. I reached out to customer service 3 times only to get zero response. Very disappointed.

Not Happy
I was charged a late fee because of the way the app is set up. They tried to take my monthly payment out before my direct deposit was processed. They only tried to take it out one time early morning if they would have tried again later on that day it would have gone through. It also wouldn’t allow me to make the payment on my own. So now I’m paying late fees that I shouldn’t have to pay. Now today I get an email saying they couldn’t process my payment due to insufficient funds and my insurance is going to be cancelled when I have more than enough money to cover the amount due. I would not recommend this app or the insurance company using it. When I contacted the insurance company they said there was nothing they could do. Absolutely ridiculous.

Adding another policy
I have two policies with this company, but I’m only able to access one of them. There should be a place to add another policy numbers so that consumers can have their information at their fingertips.

La baje e introduje mi póliza pero no la reconoce. Nunca he podido crear la cuenta. Trate por internet y también por la app, pero no sirve…
