Need My Device Bind Code Please
I lost my devices bind manual and cannot get or retrieve the binding codes for both. I need help.
False advertising
When I purchased my earphones nowhere did it say I had to purchase a membership to translate even after that you don’t get all the languages it said it had. I refuse to even deal with companies that don’t tell the truth or switch and bait. So disappointing

I read the bad reviews and if you read your manual then explore the app by clicking the little question mark and other instructions it will work fine. My only issue is having to pay for the audio/video phone call usage, but unless you’re in another country I can’t see many of us needing it all the time and it has the option to buy weekly usage. So READ THE MANUAL AND THE APP INFO!

Charges Unauthorized
I didn’t renew and it charged me. The app doesn’t have the payment and subscription cancellation but they still have your payment method through Apple.
It doesn’t even show on my Apple subscription that I have this app under subscription so I don’t understand why it charged me

AICool Not Cool
So I purchased these last year 2025 downloaded the app followed all the prompts even had the language scripted to me in English and still to this very day March 28, 2026 my phone earpiece whatever they’re called only allow me to be able to talk through them. If I touch them they cut off an end my conversations, they do not translate anything nor does the app precisely give you the steps on how to connect and to make it worse the steps that I was provided in my packaging does not work and because I’ve had them for past 30 days before I even opened them I wasn’t even able to get a refund so no, the compatibility at all, now the size and fitting of them is perfect but anything else is a one out of five for me not a good investment at all.

Come on, make the censoring an option. I don’t need someone doing it for me. Other than that it’s an okay app a little slow to translate but I guess it gets the job done. When my subscription expires I’ll probably start looking for a new one if they don’t remove or make it an option to voice over the censorship of any swear words.

Terrible! Don’t wast your money!
This app and translation skills are terrible especially since I paid for the headphones AND THEN the subscription as well just to use it in the U.S.. Just a bunch of bs but they’re making money so good for them.

No mesmo dia q configurei, ele não acessou mais o app e não vincula mais. Nenhum código dá certo. Não comprem esse phone!!!!
Binding issues
The binding code was never used, when entered it was invalid, couldn’t find headphones either!

J ai acheté des écouteurs traducteurs qui fournissent un code pour cette application. Cela fonctionnait bien mais depuis la mise à jour , on doit payer un abonnement pour l utiliser. C est inadmissible de nous vendre un produit qui nous promette le service de traduction direct.

I’m not sure why you would have to pay to use the earbuds for translation after buying the earbuds. I’ll just use google translate and post my review on Amazon as well so others don’t make the same mistake and buy into this
Anvosed translation headphone won’t bind - code is invalid
These Anvosed translation headphones are useless because they came with an invalid binding code. I wonder how often this happens. Returning.

Charged twice, but 0 minutes remaining…?
Don’t bother with this app or the devices! I downloaded it to my phone and connected the device thinking it would be helpful for my international move. It charged me $50 twice for the 300 minute package. Then I went to use it and it said I had 0 minutes. What a waste of money and time.
