2 days ago, every day and night lights are going on and off randomly! Super abnormal and annoying
Why do I have to create account?
I just got the lightbulbs, plugged one in and it WORKS, some color changing, some light fading as a showoff of what I can do and it works great after that little presentation.
I wanted to control the lighting of it through normal wi-fi/bluetooth from my phone but the first screen of this app is "Create account". Why do I really need to create an account for an app to only change my lightbulb color.
Ofc you have to use your Email address, you automatically opt-in for promotions and lots and lots of unwanted advertising.

Over seas support is horrible
They stopped making their air purifiers and now stopped making the replacement air filters. No support offered for a less than one year air filter. I will initiate a charge back. Also asking for 5 star reviews on Amazon in exchange for money and product is against Amazon review polices. Their solar lights are ok but don’t pay me to post a fake 5 star review.

iPad App Version
Apparently they are both checking the app after they change code. Missing pull down menu that the iPhone version has. Also cannot do Daily Check In on iPad. Do better !

No Single View ALL Cameras
Downloaded this app for security cameras only. Works OK — but, disappointed there is no single view of ALL the cameras. The app requires user to select one camera

Latest update is awful
The latest app update makes unasked for changes that reduce utility. First, the app has difficulty even logging in. If you’re able to get in, you can no longer turn off/on all lights with one click - you have to go room by room.

The app had a update and it updated this morning now i cant load it at all and if it does make it past the aidot loading screen it goes directly to a white screen saying try again then doesnt do anything and its not due to my service because all my other apps and features work fine on my phone its just this app

App Won’t Open After Update.
I updated the app as it appears it needed to be and now the app won’t open. Now it’s stuck on the lowest setting and i can’t change it. please fix
Doesn’t transfer rooms to smart apps at setup
I’ve submitted feedback. Who knows if they will ever see it or not. But in the app prior to connecting it to the Google Home app, which is what my intentions are for. I created the rooms for each of the seven bulbs that I added to this app. Upon connecting and linking it with the Google Home app, it doesn’t create rooms in the rooms themselves do not transfer over a separate entities with bulbs within them instead it creates my home lights category and dumps all of them inside of it. This is a massive oversight in the technical department who designed the app configuration and connecting bridge information that needs to be tended to or the voice functionality of controlling individual rooms becomes nonexistent.

Great app! It’s very easy to use and makes controlling all of my devices simple and reliable. There are lots of useful features and the app keeps getting better with new updates.
