All of a sudden the app would not load no matter what

App does not open!!!!! I cant control my lights anymore!!!

App no longer loads. Just stays frozen. I’ve restarted phone and still nothing. Doesn’t go past the main screen.

Great app! It’s very easy to use and makes controlling all of my devices simple and reliable. There are lots of useful features and the app keeps getting better with new updates.
My favorite part is the Community section, where you can share your creations, get inspired by other users, take part in fun events, and even win prizes. It makes the app feel much more engaging than just a device controller.

Excellent app and products
I’ve been using this app with many of their products for 2 years and I’m very pleased with the interface. They not only provide powerful controls for smart lighting, but they also have a fully functioning social platform in the same app. You can post photos and videos tagged with events or holiday themes, and you can share your custom lighting DIY settings along with a video of the effect, so others can download and use it with their own lights. Plus you can see which users are posting more content and follow them. It’s a whole community built around smart lighting. What a “bright” idea!!!!

Outstanding Choice
If you’re tired of waiting and waiting for your software like Apple or Google Home to connect to your device so you can turn it on or off, THIS software is the fix for your frustration. Far and away faster responses to anything attached to it than Apple Home or other related solutions. The reason is that connection to your devices is managed at your WiFi network, not off somewhere in the cloud, which makes access to all tour devices dependent upon some web service, web connection, lag, etc. My Matter enabled plugs turn on and off immediately instead of waiting for the “updating” delay that shows up every single time with Apple Home. Delete Apple Home and reconnect all your Matter, MFFT, or numerous other components to AiDot. The software is able to connect to so many IoT devices. Highly recommended.

please please fix your app
the app constantly states “failed to connect”, and sometimes freezes and all i see is a white screen. i have an iphone 17 pro max, 26.5.1, everything is updated and have the most recent version of the app yet I can’t use it to control my Lighting, which makes this brand worse than other lights I’ve used in the past

Great Devices, Poor Troubleshoot
I really enjoy AiDot light bulbs, but I can here to leave a review on a troubleshooting issue that wasted hours of my time. I could not establish a Wi-Fi connection between the smart bulb and the router not because of a hardware/software issue— turns out it was because I used special characters in the Wi-Fi PASSWORD— after I saw this issue’s solution posted on a forum, I changed the password to letters and numbers only, and boom— instantly connected. I wish there was an error message that would told me this 4 hours ago. Other than that— love the bulbs. Very user friendly, look really great.

Sunrise/Sunset times do not update.
Overall a good app but it does not keep up with changing sunrise/sunset times. It uses the correct time when you create/save a schedule for the first time, but then stays at that time forever, or until you save again. Very annoying. Please fix.
One teensy little thing…
Love it, great for my lights. But do you think you could add a manual hex value thing for the color options? I have the colors I need memorized by hex code but I can’t quite find them in the wheel. So for someone like me, I’d greatly appreciate it.
Stupid update
This is exactly why I don’t like to update my apps. Before I decided to update the app my app was working perfectly fine, connected to my device by Bluetooth and never had a problem with my wifi connection since I obtained a light that ran through this app. its been about 8 or so months me using it and I was having a pleasurable time with having this convenience.
Updated app and all that was lost. Can connect to the light through my bluetooth though my phone and the light are in the same room less that five feet away….. This is frustrating. Please fix it.

Great product
The set up is easy and bulbs work great

idk if it’s been since the update or what but i haven’t been able to control my lights or even log in. the app won’t even load despite me restarting my phone, being connected to wifi and redownloading the app three times. please fix this. like be so fr. so many people are having this issue, it should’ve been fixed by now.

Terrible App
This brand is actually the worst I have a humidifier from them and the humidifier is controlled through the app but the app makes it impossible to use your devices. It constantly says updating devices but never finishes updating and locks you out of the device. I hope someone from there corporate office gives refunds to there buyers and fires the entire team that worked on the app.

App sucks now
We used this for months with no problems and last week the app stopped working. Today I saw an update so I thought for sure it would be fixed. No. And after reading new reviews it’s not just me. I don’t want to delete the app because people are having trouble logging back in now too. Fix your app before I throw out your bulbs for something else.

Hey it was working perfectly fine but now if I try to sign in it will just say it’s incorrect but now I can’t turn my lights on so my lights are just forever off and I have a bird who needs light so how do I fix this problem?

This app was great for months I even used it earlier today now my lights aren’t loading on the screen. I deleted the app and re-downloaded it hoping it would fix the problem and now I can’t even log in
