No charge on car, left dirty and when I call I am told I have to call back. No apology, no reimbursement. Truly terrible customer service

Solid car sharing option
Aimo is a great car sharing option in Stockholm (not many in general)! Excited for the Tesla’s to be added to the fleet. Decent amount of charging/
Pick up locations and glad you can park on street in some locations. App is pretty straight forward and east to use. Cost is about what you’d expect, a little pricey but it’s a great option

Terrible support
I’ve never had a good encounter with the support team for Aimo. Always slow and useless. Every call is unhelpful and often ends with me being in a worse position that I started.
Broken flow
I can’t create an account. After putting in my information, the form field auto-formats it and says that it’s valid, but the form doesn’t allow me to move forward because “the format is incorrect”. Very disappointed since you can’t even create an account on the website.
