Losing access
The frame has started losing access to WiFi constantly and it is very frustrating

This is so bad I can’t send multiple photos without subscribing and then you have to wait a while before you can send the next batch of nine photos and it doesn’t figure out where the face is so is not able to frame the photo automatically
Best upload methods
Just went back and forth with Gemini maybe 8 times trying to troubleshoot this.
Best way to get photos from your device to the frame is get the batch upload subscription and then ignore the app’s other upload features. They suck.
Instead go to your camera roll, select the photos you want, then share directly to the app from there.
Here’s why.
Assuming you have cloud on, the pics you want to share will download to your phone all in one, then go to app, then be available to push to frame.
If you do it any other way, the app is pulling thumbnails instead of pictures, and before it pushes it has to download, and it downloads one at a time and it can’t handle the job.
My experience anyway. Good luck.

Really Cumbersome
Very glitchy, not at all user friendly. Unfortunately i had to purchase a year subscription to add pictures from my iPhone.

Bulk transfer from app
Using the app, this frame likes the ability to load more than one picture at a time when buying it for a gift and wanting to load it with a bunch of pictures, it becomes exceptionally cumbersome and slow.
Annoying frame!
Absolutely an incredibly annoying set up! It seems you can upload more than one picture at a time! Really? This frame is likely going back to the mfg they can deal with it.

Like it but…..
First thing is I do like the frame….but you need a subscription to be able to share more than 9 photos at a time. They give you 2 choices: 12 months and 6 months, both at $19.99. I chose the 12 month subscription. 5 seconds later I get an alert that I was charged $30.94, almost double the price. That is absolutely ridiculous. So I’m not happy.
For two, there’s no option to change the sizing of the photo so I can make sure the whole photo fits inside the frame. I sized them up the best that I could but it still cuts off some of the faces. I thought I was getting a good deal with purchasing this frame, but I definitely regret it. This is supposed to be a gift for my aunt and I’m trying to decide if I truly want to give this to her.
