Birdfy

Great pictures with an identification of the bird.

I love it!

It’s a treat to see such a variety of birds. I especially love the bright red cardinals.

About to give up

Worked pretty well for a few days. Since then nothing but trouble. They had a national outage for several days. Now I never receive recordings or moments. I tried the factory reset, reset of WiFi, deleted and reinstalled. I then started a help chat. The person said hi, asked me a question, then went dark on me for over 20 minutes before I got tired of waiting for a response. Nonfunctional product and poor customer service will harm this company in a hurry if they don’t address the problems.

Love this

My grand daughters bought this for my birthday because I feed the birds. It is so much more fun. I really love seeing them even when I am not home.
