l’application envoie des notifications toutes les 2h meme s’il ne se passe rien dans le nichoir, c’est normal d’après le SAV mais contre productif, on ne va meme plus voir ce qu’il se passe et j’ai désactivé les notifications qui ne servent à rien.
L’app a des bugs sur la gestion des videos, la soi disante IA détecte mal les evenements : quand il ne se passe rien à l’image elle détecte une nidification…

I think I have to return this feeder

It records nothing and their support team does nothing about it and gives no solution or response. I’m so unbelievably over it. It would be easier to get another brand. I’m on day 7 of 8 days of owning with this with no recordings. And for fun? I sat outside to work today. I personally saw 17 birds land. Not one recorded.

The app makes it super easy to set up your devices. I can check my multiple devices, review history, check battery, name them so I know which is which, adjust notifications and download photos and videos. I can’t think of any complaints! Love this company the customer service is outstanding!
