Frustrating and tech support is spotty, days to answer
Seems to work then it stops but no way to easily troubleshoot. Did not use it as I needed help to set up from Christmas so got it going about three weeks ago. Worked great until battery died. Dealt with that and it didn’t work. Rebooted by removing and reloading. Took awhile then worked for two days and now dead again unable to take pictures but still can see through camera. Awful experience that could be really fun and cool which it was for about ten days. Not worth it!
They finally got things straightened out and were more forthright in their comments as well as giving an extra month to customers. Their correspondence did improve and that was helpful because we don’t know which end is the problem and the trouble shooting is lengthy especially if it can’t work? Overall working well and fun.
